Thank you for supporting independent fine art. Because original artwork is unique, delicate, and highly customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

Please review the policy details below regarding your purchase:

Original Artwork & Prints

All sales of original paintings, commissioned pieces, and limited-edition prints are final. We encourage you to carefully review all item descriptions, dimensions, and high-resolution photographs before completing your purchase.

Art Placement Tip: Please measure your wall space carefully before purchasing to ensure the piece fits your environment perfectly. Please note that colors may vary slightly in person due to differences in computer monitor and screen calibrations.

Damages and Issues (Insured Shipping)

We take the utmost care in packaging and framing your artwork to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at awestengardart@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a shipping damage claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the damage to the artwork itself.

  • Clear photographs of the exterior packaging and box (this is required for insurance claims with the carrier).

Once we verify the transit damage, we will work with you directly to arrange for a professional repair, a replacement (for prints), or an insurance-backed resolution.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you have any urgent questions about your order right after placing it, please reach out to us immediately.
