AN ENERGETIC SPRING

The truth is, this floral was on its way to the trash bin when I decided to just let it flow. I experimented with various techniques and a unique color scheme and it began to have a life of its own. This “nearly throw away painting” became an award winner at the San Diego Watercolor Society much to my surprise.
