Inspiration:
a la Madam Regis
My great grandmother, Madam Regis Rossini, was the inspiration for this painting and for my enjoyment of playing the harp. She played harp in the orchestras at La Scala, Milan and also played cello. I painted myself playing a Celtic harp and only wish I could have seen her play during her illustrious musical career.
